Privacy requests are answered within 30 days; your journal itself lives only on your phone, so a full copy and full deletion are always available instantly in the app under Settings.

Billing is handled by Apple or Google — to cancel or request a refund, use your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Your journal lives only on your phone; export or delete it any time from Settings.
